The National Tourism Plan (NTP) was officially tabled in the Legislative Assembly on Thursday, 30 January 2020, by the Honourable Moses I. Kirkconnell, Deputy Premier and Minister of District Administration, Tourism and Transport. Developed as the guiding strategic plan that will define, through a consensus-oriented process, a road map for enhancing the competitiveness of the Cayman Islands tourism industry and ensure the sustainability of the islands’ cultural and natural assets. The NTP ensures that the Cayman Islands protects its environment, celebrates its cultural heritage and supports a vibrant tourism economy that will benefit the people of the Cayman Islands.
